Watching USA vs Ghana made me quite hungry, so I decided to make a smoothie, of which I haven't made in a while. I've got some frozen blueberries, mangoes, and raspberries that I microwave for a minute so it doesn't destroy the blender (but still makes the smoothie cold after blending). Add 2 scoops of yogourt, some honey, and blend with a $20 Loblaws blender :D O and add water too. That's pretty important haha (no baby food...today).
